Primer Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the primer.
Step 2: Apply the primer to a clean, dry surface (simply "paint" the spot)
Step 3: Allow the primer to completely dry for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Apply the tape product. Use isopropyl alcohol, Citrus Based cleaner or another commercial adhesive remover to remove any remaining primer residue (follow all cleaner instructions).
Step 5: Allow 72 hours of dwell time before use.
Clean-up:
Primer can be removed with isopropyl alcohol. Vigorous scrubbing may be required.
Tapes+ primer Time:
After application, the bond strength will increase as the adhesive flows onto the surface. At room temperature approximately 50% of ultimate bond strength will be achieved after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hoursand 100% after 72 hours.

The primer does exactly what you expect from it and what it promises. Although one can hardly point out often enough that preparation accounts for 80% of achieving the desired durability. First, clean the entire adhesive area thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol, apply a thin layer of primer to the part to be attached, after short drying periods, apply the double-sided adhesive tape, remove the protective film, and apply the second side with the primer. Finally, place the adhesive part on the cleaned surface (ATTENTION, post-adjustment is not possible). Good soldering performance and after 36 hours the connection reaches its final strength.

This really works. Although it’s winter now and the outside temperature is closer to 0°C, the product works. Without using this product, nothing would stick to the plastic in the car.
