I am a size M and I bought an XS and it fits perfectly. The waistband is wonderful, and apart from that, while you wear it you sweat, so you burn fat, and it’s also comfortable for daily use. It’s a bit uncomfortable for certain movements like bending over or doing other things, but it’s very good because it keeps you in a very good straight posture. The shipping was super fast and I loved everything about it.

I never thought the material would be so good and how well-made the belt is; everything is correct with the size chart. I would recommend buying one size smaller because it fits well that way, but for the last few clasps, which are the ones that tighten the most, I bought one size smaller.
