We can pre-installed well the OEM Windows 10 OS for you before shipment, if you order the Mini PC bundle with RAM and SSD, please kindly leave us message which OS you want to install. English version is for free, other languages can be selected amount Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Italian, Japanese, Turkish, Greek etc, Please inform us which language you want to install. Other systems we can install for free are like Linux, XBMC(Kodi), Ubuntu, Openelec etc if you need, seller is not responsible and make no compensation for OEM system.

For RAM and hard drives, we use well-known brands: samsung, micron, SanDisk, toshiba, hynix, critical, liteon, kingfast, phison, longsys, SCY, etc. What brand we use depends on our testing and inventory.

About RAM and hard disk storage space:

According to the international standard 1000kb = 1MB (actual capacity: Capacity x 0.93)(8G ≈7.3G, 16G ≈14.5G, 32G ≈28.6G, 64G ≈58G, 128G ≈118G, 256G ≈230.4G, 512G ≈476G, 1TB ≈930G, 2TB ≈1870G)

2. If you choose to purchase the first option (No Ram No SSD), include WiFi+2.5inch SATA cable, the product does not have a memory module and hard drive installed,and the system is not pre-installed. Buyers need to purchase RAM and SSD for installation and install Windows system,please confirm whether the purchased RAM and SSD are compatible with the machine.

3. If you need to install a 2.5-inch SATA hard drive,please contact customer service for SATA cable.

Shipping Terms：

1. We process and ship orders in China time every Monday – Saturday, and are unable to offer weekends or holidays delivery.
