This belt is worth it, don’t hesitate to buy, the irons are flexible and don’t damage, it shapes a nice waist and it’s better to take one or two sizes smaller.
The only downside would be that it bulges a bit at the bottom, so I’m not sure if I would recommend it to people with a small stomach unless you’re constantly eating.
It’s comfortable, you can sit and walk without issues.
