I love these handles, i don’t love the set-up process. Instructions need more work. I installed and followed the program instructions, but it didn’t operate. Troubleshooting is minimal in the booklet. This is a replacement for a handle that malfunctioned, and it was impossible to get any help from that seller on solving the issue. This handle has the nice key card that will be helpful to gain entry, once i figure it out.

This is a great item. It has all the features i look forward to. Do not use it for your main door if yiu want to use this as tge main entrance lock the sturdiness is a disappointment. Its a fancy item not a security item. It would be nuce to fit on the internal doors or an office door for fancy.
