I received the goods yesterday and have already started working with them. Only positive emotions. Firstly, unexpectedly fast delivery, previously had to wait for more than a month. Secondly, everything arrived in excellent condition, not broken or wrinkled. Thirdly, the seller included glasses as a gift – this is a pleasant bonus. Fourthly, the seller is always available and responds quickly to all messages.
One downside was that there were hidden VAT commissions that were not indicated on the website in the price, almost 12% of the product amount. And I also had to pay almost $60 for customs clearance, but this is not the seller’s responsibility, just an extra expense.
I spent almost 2 hours assembling the machine – I was afraid of breaking or damaging it. Worked with this machine for the first time. Previously, experience was only with CO2 machines. Everything arrived perfectly, well-packaged, and arrived before the deadline. It wasn’t difficult to assemble; there’s a manual in Portuguese, and several videos on the internet that teach how to install the software and configure it easily. The only challenge is finding the right balance between speed and power to cut materials, but with patience, you can manage it. I bought it to cut felt and EVA, and it met my expectations.
