How to know if my printer is encrypted or not?
Method 1: ask your printer supplier whether it is encrypted or not
Method 2: don't install the ink cartridge, printing without ink cartridge inside ,open printer and print, if the counter number changed then it proves the printer is not encrypted.

The product was well packed & eventually arrived. The tracking via the aliexpress site ceased when the product cleared customs on 16/6/25. I had many correspondence with the company as goods ordered on the same day arrived on 16/6/25. I did not know who arx were & had no way of contacting them until i got a web address from the company. While the company was prompt in answering my queries questions to arx went unanswered. Until 3:00pm acst today arx’s tracking stated that the goods were in melbourne. After 3:00pm it stated they were on board for delivery & had in fact been delivered. There was no prior notice of the delivery that i had been waiting for since 16/6/25. I have informed the store that i will not trade with them if they continue to use this substandard carrier.
