It arrived very well packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. The fan mounting mechanism on cooler is similar to many other noctua coolers. For less than €16, i can say that the quality is almost identical to that of coolermaster, for example, which costs twice as much. The mechanism for anchoring it to the socket is very simple and similar to the original anchoring on the intel 1151 socket. A very good alternative, especially for upgrading older computers, if you don’t want to spend a lot on a cooler. Temperatures are noticeably lower than with the original cooler, by around 10 ° C on average.

Everything has arrived well packaged, in fact very well packaged and secure inside its box, and the heatsink shows good capacity to cool a CPU like a XEON 2697V3 under high workloads, and it does so without becoming too noisy, which is surprising since it uses a single 9CM fan. At rest, it is almost silent.
Regarding the appearance and qualities of the heatsink, the contact area with the CPU, the base, and the copper heatpipes, they look quite well polished, although the appearance is less polished in the rest of the heatsink. The grip system firmly presses the heatsink against the CPU.
The only critique is the plastic finishes of the fan, which seem “3D printed” as it has a rough and poorly polished surface. However, the distrust that would have generated in me seeing that finish, upon seeing it in operation, has evaporated; this fan works more than well.
