This is an excellent 45 cm long foam roller. It’s made of epp material which is hard and durable. May be too hard if someone just starts using a foam roller but it’s fine for me. I was happily surprised to find no huge dents or creases as i have seen in products from other sellers. For this price range, i think it’s a great purchase and i would buy again!
