2.Sphere (SPH)=Spherical, is the strength of our prescription,

"+"refers to farsightedness and presbyopia, "-"refers to

nearsightedness. If "PL" or "Plano" is stated at the place of

3.Cylinder (CYL) = Cylindrical, is the diopters degree of the

astigmatism. This number also has "+" or "-" signs. If "DS"or

"SPH" or "spherical" or "PL" is stated at the place of CYL, it

4.AXIS, is a number between 0 and 180 degrees, and means

Thickness of the lenses depends on a few factors:

1. Prescription strength. The stronger the prescription, the thicker the lens, all else being equal.

2. Frame selection/fit. All else being equal, the larger the size of the lens, the thicker it gets (thickness proportional to size).

3. The higher the index of refraction, the less of a material is necessary to bend, or focus, the light in the same way for the same

prescription. So, higher index material lenses will also reduce thickness and "Coke bottle" effect.

I have been buying prescription glasses from this store for years. They arrived in 2 weeks from making the order, and the quality is excellent as always. Price is excellent, store is always friendly.

I will continue buying from this store in the future, always reliable. The same pair locally would cost far more! You can see i have a much stronger prescription on one eye, yet this is barely noticeable from the front, and the small size means it’s not noticed by others on my face. Excellent quality lenses!

The store noticed an error in my prescription and contacted me (see correction in the pic). The glasses arrived with a pouch. The lenses are clear with blue light protection and less reflective – unlike another cheap zenottic i bought from a different store (upper pair on pic). Highly recommended.

Item arrived in time, outer box was a bit dented but inner etui with glases is intact. With aditional silicone nosepads fit is excellent . Various opticians have measured my cylinders and their angles value different, so i made mix of that values and made order. I didnt know what to expect , but it seems that i hit the spot because with new glases i can see bit better even without long adaptation

I can see!! Nice pair of glasses. Simple plastic matte black frame, not too thick. The prescription seems perfects – i shared my prescription with the zenottic team via a message and they seem to have matched it. The frame is basic, but inoffensive and they fit well.
