I bought a small nij iv plate for testing. Barrel: 20 inches. Distance: 15 meters first: m855 – no penetration. Next six shots: m193. After 4 hits the aluminum oxide crumbled, the polyethylene warped and delaminate but still no penetration (although after the ninth bullet the deformation is huge)
