Body wave.. Bleached the knots twice .. not very much lift but shampooed with clarifying shampoo right out the bag. Holds curl well. Very manageable.. as a cosmetologist student who has been doing hair for a while in my opinion … lace feels 100% human, the tracks in the back give high quality blend. Tangle minimal and shedding minimal.. will be buying another
