I do know a few things about massage, having studied it. This is truly a well thought out device, it works well on the back too if you sit in a soft back office style chair. Stays in place well. Also the infrared heat light is reasonably good. From my experience and having a few massage units like massage guns etc. This is by far the best unit i own and the cheapest. Even though the packaging is wrinkled, the massager works. My son has a decent weight, and the massage is more comfortable for him. I weigh 70 kg, my neck isn’t particularly thin or thick, honestly, the massage isn’t always comfortable; I lower it a bit below my neck, otherwise it feels like it’s suffocating :), it hurts for the child too, but for the older one it’s a delight. Overall, gratitude to those who invented such a thing! And special thanks to the seller! I recommend buying it!
