My birds absolutely adored the toys i purchased, although i was a bit disappointed to find that the mirror arrived broken and some clips were missing from the package. When i contacted customer service, they were incredibly helpful and issued a refund, which i hadn’t even requested; i simply wanted them to send the mirror and clips again. While they couldn’t do that, their customer service was outstanding. I used the refund to buy clips at walmart, and i’m happy to report that the toys were a big hit with my parakeets—they loved them!
