1. As soon as you received the blender,pls add some water inside the container to test, DO NOT run it without anything inside as it's a bad try for the coupling system.
2. Like buy a new car it will has some smelling, it's totally normal situation, when you using at the beginning
it may have some smelling even slight smoke comes from motor, but don't worry, that because the new motor gets heating up lubricant which coated on coils, it will goes away after few more times use. Thanks for your attetion.

The product arrived fully assembled, everything works, well and securely packaged, no chips, scratches, or cracks. Haven’t tried it yet, bought it on the advice of someone who uses it. The device is odorless, hope it will last a long time.

The connection between the shaft and the blade is iron-iron, unlike the ninja family where it’s plastic. This in itself, makes it a lot stronger. However, only hand wash it and dry it if you don’t want it to get rusty under the jug. Also, it is advisable to hold down the jug while it’s working.
This blender makes a smoothie just like a vitamix. It has it caveats but it costs tenth the price of a vitamix. Overall, my humble assessment is, that you won’t find a better blender at this price level.

Good set of features. Two glasses and spare knives. I didn’t like the wide bottom at the base. Grinding nuts is not good because they can remain in corners. If the bottom is round and narrow, grinding small items is best.

This is a super fast machine, clocks about 22,000 rpm. Do not try to blend too viscous pastes such as hummous and if you do, try to limit the amount to less than 500cc at a time: the 2200w goes to speed, not to force. This means it can crush hard seeds, including chia seeds, unlike a ninja blender who will fail here. However, these 2200w have to go somewhere. If it cannot go to speed, it will go to heat.
Pros: metal to metal contact with blender blade. Which means very good power transmission, provided you put your arm down on the blender cup when it’s working. Expect excellent results. Will crush ice, crush seeds, crush everything – just as long as you don’t over fill it with something viscous.
Cons: avoid getting the metal contact get wet and if it does, wipe it dry asap. Don’t want rust developing there.
Overall impression – this should get vitamix people edgy.. Same quality of smoothies, for a fraction of the cost. Cheers!
