If you don’t have a stand mixer (which can be quite expensive) and your main goal is kneading dough, this appliance will serve you well.
It handles dough reliably, even if it’s not the fastest. I’ve used it for eggless recipes for pierogi and potato dumplings (kopytka), and it performed consistently.
It’s very easy to operate, the stainless steel bowl cleans up effortlessly, and it allows me to multitask in the kitchen.
