   The heating function is amazing. It heats up quickly and its C-shaped design seems good for neck pain relief. The heat temperature can be adjusted in 3 steps (blue, green, red), and the C-type cable needs to be kept connected at all times (not rechargeable). Even without using the massage function, the plastic doesn’t feel uncomfortable on the neck, so it can be used as a pillow. I bought another one for my mother.

   Due to cervical problems, I decided to buy it… after several days I can say that it is the best one I have tried.
   Ideal if you have cervical correction, as is my case. The sound at first is annoying, but you get used to it and it ends up being relaxing.
   I love the air function so I recommend it. 👌🏻

   Simply brilliant, soothing. I have several pre-existing conditions in the neck and shoulder area. In the evening, after a long day at work, I have severe pain. After using this neck massager pillow, I feel significantly better. It helps me a lot and also has a relaxing effect.

   Quality workmanship. Mine heat vibrate and stretch, but all at separate instances, nothing together i.e. Cant heat and vibrate or heat and stretch of vibrate and stretch. You choose just 1 at a time. Takes a couple cycles to acclimate yourself to the traction but after a couple cycles it makes sense. The heat is perfect, vibrations have different cycles that are automatic.

   I am satisfied with both the functionality and design.
   First of all, the price is very reasonable. A similar product to this is being sold in Korea for 90,000 won. The function is good, the pressure of the massage function is neither too strong nor too weak, allowing for a massage at a moderate intensity on the neck, and I am really satisfied with the temperature of the heating function. Suitable for physical therapy use. While I’m operating the massager, I end up falling asleep without even realizing it, which is nice. Highly recommended for those who are struggling with straight wood.
   What is clear is that they are selling the same product under a different brand name for around 80,000 to 90,000 won.

   The delivery was fast. As for the product, it works wonderfully, not as I expected, but its features are much better. The only drawback is that it needs to be connected to a charger and generates high heat when the massage period is long. Other than that, it massages like chairs in shopping malls, but only in the neck area and with a medical pillow. I recommend it as a gift for the elderly.
