Just remove the black plastic that is wrapped around the clog wheel (that moves the hour hand and the minute hand). After removing this, then you can set the time and push it in to make it work. At 2,975 krw it is very good. I have ordered again, this time it is the black color. To match it with my black eyeglasses. I do not buy because i want to be in fashion but i am buying it because i need to see my watch outside without checking the phone or reaching for my phone. Also, to give it to my niece when i visit her. I am not rich so i pretend not to be one.
