Heart rate monitoring, blood pressure monitoring and o2 monitoring all work well. fits nicely with both the silicone strap and mesh strap. multiple watch faces are available, and you can change it within the da fit app which the watch connects to. to set up the watch you will need to know your height, weight, and step length. not an issue with the watch itself, but the da fit app doesn’t connect to health connect directly, and you will need to connect it to google fit and then health connect to sync across other 3rd party apps. very happy with the product itself
