very rich, excellent for mixing well, however be careful at the beginning with the small grains used for mixing on the attachment, apparently they also crumble during use.

Although it is very delicate, it came well packaged and nothing was broken during transport. The size is small but enough for some spices. I would have made the stick a little wider. I don’t like that it’s not all vitrified. The bottom of the bowl and the tip of the stick have texture, as if the outer layer of the porcelain is missing and the internal material is visible. I suppose it’s to perform its function better by being rougher, but it doesn’t give me confidence to use it on food; it makes me feel like dust will fall off it. If I had known it was like that, maybe I wouldn’t have bought it, although everyone is like that anyway, I don’t know.
