The first Chinese insoles that you don’t want to throw away right after wearing them. I have size 44, bought the largest size and didn’t have to cut anything, so I recommend taking larger sizes. They are comfortable and your feet don’t sweat.

Really soft but because it’s foam it doesn’t last long, the softness decreases, but in relation to the price it’s good. For someone who needs a light insole that can be replaced every few months to six months, it’s suitable. It has good grip in the shoe and also between the insole and foot. Comfort is reasonable to good, but it’s flexible, very thick, but because it’s a type of strong foam when stepped on in my opinion, it will be fine. The sole is relatively wide and arrived in the size I ordered within two weeks. Suitable for flat feet, can be cut to a smaller size for those with really high or open-back shoes. I recommend putting two of these insoles, both will make it feel like walking on a cloud.

Very nice insoles, you can clearly feel that they support the arch of the foot. On Polish websites they cost 74 PLN per pair, but here they are much cheaper for the same product. The size 43/44 I bought fits perfectly with shoes size 41/42.

Spectacular, very comfortable. I had tried some before and decided to order these to match my running shoes. They absorb impacts very well and are breathable. If you are going to leave the original insoles in the shoes, you should order the same shoe size; if you are going to remove the original insoles, you should order one size larger.
