If you press hard, the vibration stops. You need to press with moderate force. Other than that, there are no issues. It seems especially good for foot massage.

On label use this is very nice i’m sore from shoveling snow, the y is good on your back and the ball is good on your legs arms and hips. Off label not sure but it looks strong if you need strong
